For artists who are in tune with digital art, and online media products which can be used to really deliver a great new look to any piece of art, there are several design programs which can help you get that look you are going for in your art work, and still allow the art work to be something original which you created. The use of digital media for artists today is something which offers a lot of advances in the art world, and allows artists to really modernize any piece of work which they are working on or have created recently.

So, when choosing your digital art and online media products to improve on your art work, there are several things which artists must look into. First, you want to use those products which will compliment your work, and still allow it to be something original created by you, and not appear to be something which has been mass produced. So, you want a product which allows you to make and draw the work, but will enhance the overall image, the visual aspect of the art, and will offer a great new concept on your favorite pieces of art work creations.

You-ve got to know who to follow and where to look and we-ve got a list for beginnershere are a few of our favorite digital artists for you to check out.
Alberto Seveso ” Specializing in facial modifications, Seveso loves tribal mixed with modern. His canvas is the screen but his works can be seen in galleries throughout the world.
Justin Maller ” Maller works mostly with animals and the fantastical scenes he creates are sometimes hard to comprehend.

In this constantly ever changing universe the speed of light is as fast as you have to move. In this rapid digital world do you share these 5 commonalities? Overworked, underpaid, unappreciated, perplexed, and Robotic. I too share some of these things even as a digital artist in today’s society. We try to step outside the Box just to realize the Square is larger than we thought. You want to feel overjoyed for your creation but end up perplexed at how you were received. Unappreciated because someone in the business world doesn’t understand what it takes for someone to be inventive on the fly. This all leads into being overworked and underpaid because your true value is not realized in the eyes of some. This leads to being like a Robot to just forget why you started what you were doing in the first place. Your best is not good enough theses days, people want more. To stay true to your artistic sense you have to create an open space so to say where you can be yourself. Striving to stay away from the digitized faces of those who only see profits, trying to take all the water out of the stone.

Like just about everything else these days, art has gone digital. Almost everything that has traditionally been done with physical media such as paper, film, and modeling clay, has a digital counterpoint with a whole new set of digital tools. In the world of broadcast media and video we now have digital capture tools as well as editing tools. In the graphic arts we have tools for photo manipulation, vector graphics creation, and pressure sensitive drawing. In the recording arts digital sound manipulation and synthesizing rule the marketplace. In fields such as animation and video game production digital authoring are now the mainstays.

Of course just because the tool sets have changed, does not mean that the fundamentals of art theory have changed. Old fashioned concepts such as perspective, balance and symmetry, composition, and lighting still apply. The roots of art theory and practice still apply with digital tools. In fact, they can be more important than ever, because the digital tools allow so much freedom and speed for the artist and can allow derivative and fake looking work if the same automated tools are used in the same way repeatedly.

Digital media arts have come a long way from the simple, sometimes clunky tools of the 1980′s to the rather sophisticated works we can create digitally today. Think back to the original Star Wars films, and then the improved special effects that were added in the reissued versions. With some of the programs and computing power available today, we can make art in our homes that can rival the computing power used in industrial settings 20 years ago. It’s a very exciting time for artists in all varieties of create fields.

Media and art go hand in hand. The images and video seen on television is all artful. However, media art is everywhere else too. Media art is always in creation and has been truly evolving since the 1960′s. The major history of media art can go back to John Lennon and others of his era, as they created a future of artistic media through the expression of music and visual art unlike anything before. Before The Beatles, popular figures such as Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra ran the world of media art.

How is media art still evolving today? That’s a great question and the answer lies within our culture and popular culture. What we do defines us as people. When we define popular culture with such figures as Lady Gaga and Britney Spears, we are creating our own media art. Through each of us is our own representation of certain entertainers that have spoken more than just words to our hearts and minds. Media art is constantly evolving because we drive it to evolve. Whatever we demand and desire is met. When we need a supply of media and art we get a collection of celebrities and popular entertainers who fill the need.
